Shay is a Private Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specializing in TRX Training and Mixed Martial Arts. She is also a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach since 2005 from San Francisco. Growing up in St. Louis, team sports were an integral part of her life, Shay excelled in softball, basketball, soccer, track & field. She then made it her personal mission to empower and transform as many people to live healthy and fit lives.
She specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Powerlifting, Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation, TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bells, Athletic Performance, and Paleo Nutrition. Shay is a trained Muay Thai Kickboxer since 2006; also competes in obstacle racing year around, an avid rock climber, cyclist, hip hop dancer, and enjoys gourmet cooking.
Her training philosophy: “We’re all living life on a battlefield. Choose to live by training for the marathon of life.
